Az UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. által kibocsátott lakossági és vállalati bankkártyák és hitelkártyák használatának feltételei a Google Pay szolgáltatásban

 

1. A Google Pay szolgáltatást a Google LLC nyújtja az UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. (székhely: 1054 Budapest, Szabadság tér 5-6., a továbbiakban: Bank) ügyfeleinek.

2. A szolgáltatás lehetővé teszi a Bank valamennyi lakossági és vállalati ügyfele számára, hogy bankkártyájukat és hitelkártyájukat az arra alkalmas (NFC-chippel ellátott) Android operációs rendszerrel rendelkező eszközükkel összekötve használják, azaz a kártya Google Pay alkalmazáshoz történt hozzáadását, digitalizálását követően a készülék NFC-chip-jén keresztüli érintő kártyás tranzakciókat (a továbbiakban: Mobilfizetés) hajtsanak végre.

3. Az ügyfél bankkártyája digitalizált formában kapcsolódik az ügyfél arra alkalmas Android operációs rendszerű eszközéhez. Ez a digitális kártya válik alkalmassá a Mobilfizetésre. A bankkártya digitalizációját a Bank végzi a Google Pay alkalmazáson keresztül, amely során a digitális bankkártya a fizikai Bankkártya adatainak átadását követően, és azok alapján létrejön a kártyatársaság (Mastercard Inc.) rendszereiben. A digitalizáció folyamata során a Bank ellenőrzi, hogy az adott kártya típusa engedélyezett-e Google Pay fizetésre, valamint hogy a kártya adatai helyesek és a kártya státusza megfelelő. A digitális bankkártya ugyanolyan feltételekkel (pl. ugyanazokkal a kártyalimitekkel) használható vásárlásra mint a fizikai bankkártya. A bankkártyák használatára, így ezáltal a digitális bankkártyákra vonatkozólag is a Bankkártya Üzletszabályzat 4. és 5. pontja vonatkozik.

4. A szolgáltatás során, amennyiben a bankkártya meghosszabbításra vagy pótlásra kerül, a Bank az új bankkártya számát és lejárati dátumát átadja a Mastercard Inc., mint a bankkártyával végzett fizetési művelet feldolgozásában részt vevő szolgáltató részére, a szolgáltatás – Bankkártya Üzletszabályzat 4.49.1. és 4.49.3. pontja szerinti – folytonosságának fenntartása érdekében.

5. A Google Pay Szolgáltatás és a digitális bankkártya használatának további részletes feltételeit, valamint az azzal kapcsolatos jogokat és kötelezettségeket a Bank a mindenkor hatályos Bankkártya Üzletszabályzata és a Bankkártya Kondíciós Listák tartalmazzák, amelyek elérhetők bármely bankfiókunkban, vagy megtekinthetők a honlapunkon: www.unicreditbank.hu   

6. Jelen feltételek elfogadására irányuló, írásbelinek minősülő jognyilatkozatával ügyfél kijelenti, hogy a szolgáltatás igénybevételének fentebb írt, továbbá a Bank Bankkártya Üzletszabályzatában és Bankkártya Kondíciós Listáiban foglalt részletes feltételeit a bankkártyája Google Pay szolgáltatásba való regisztrálását megelőzően részletesen megismerte, megértette, tudomásul vette, és teljes körűen elfogadja.

 

 

 

Terms and conditions for the use of retail and business bank cards and credit cards issued by UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. in Google Pay service

 

1. Google Pay service is provided by Google LLC to the customers of UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. (Registered office: 1054 Budapest, Szabadság tér 5-6., hereinafter: Bank).

2. The service enables all the retail and business customers of the Bank to use their bank cards and/or credit cards with the help of their suitable device with Android operating system (and with NFC chip), i.e. to perform contactless card transactions (hereinafter: Mobile Payment) through the NFC chip in the device after adding and digitalizing the bank card to Google Pay application.

3. The customer's bankcard is linked in a digitalized form to the customer's eligible device with Android operating system. This digital card becomes capable of Mobile Payment. Digitization of the bankcard is performed by the Bank through Google Pay application, during which the digital bankcard is created in the systems of the card company (Mastercard Inc.) after transfering the data of the physical bankcard. During the digitization process, the Bank checks whether the type of the given card is allowed for Google Pay transactions, and whether the card details are correct and the status of the card is acceptable. A digital bankcard can be used for purchases under the same conditions (e.g. with the same card limits) as a physical bankcard. Sections 4. and 5. of the Bank Card Terms And Conditions apply to the use of bankcards, and thus also to digital bankcards.

4. During the service, if the bankcard is renewed or replaced, the Bank will provide the new bank card number and expiration date to Mastercard Inc., as the service provider involved in the processing of the card payment transactions and in order to maintain the continuity of the service according to Sections 4.49.1. and 4.49.3. of the Bank Card Terms and Conditions.

5. Further detailed terms and conditions for the use of the Google Pay service and the digital bankcard, as well as the rights and obligations related thereto, are contained in the Bank Card Terms and Conditions and Bankcard Lists of Conditions, which are available at any of our branches or on our website: www.unicreditbank.hu

6. By signing the present legal declaration of acceptance of these terms and conditions, which qualifies as a written declaration, the customer declares that he / she has read, understood, acknowledged and entirely accepted the detailed terms and conditions of using the service described above and included in the Bank's Bank Card Terms and Conditions and Bankcard Lists of Conditions before registering his / her bankcard with Google Pay.
