STUDENT LOAN BOND

Diákhitel Központ Zrt., which issues the student loan bond, is a one-person private limited company. The Hungarian State acquired sole ownership of the shares of Diákhitel Központ Zrt. on 31 December 2002. From 17 June 2010, Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt. exercises all the ownership rights and obligations on behalf of the Hungarian State.
