Customer referral sales event

Are you satisfied with our services? Recommend our account packages to your friends and family! Both you and the person you refer may receive a credit of HUF 20,000 or even 2 × HUF 15,000 for successful referrals.

What benefits do we offer for referrals?

Referring a retail customer

If you open an account as a retail customer or refer¹a retail customer, you are both eligible to receive a credit of up to 2 × HUF 15,000 if the referral is successful under the terms of the sales event.

Referring a small business customer

If you open an account as a small business customer or refer¹a small business customer, you are both eligible to receive a credit of HUF 20,000 if the referral is successful under the terms of the sales event.

How to refer a customer?

1. Complete a referral card

Download, print, and complete the referral card with your data and the person you’re referring.

2. Opening an account for a new customer

Opening an account at a branch office: the referred party should submit the completed referral card to a UniCredit employee when opening the account.

Opening an account online: new retail customers can upload their referral cards when opening an account online.

3. Credit

If the conditions for participation are met, you as the referring person or company and the referred party are eligible to receive a credit of up to 2 × HUF 15,000 if a retail account is opened or a credit of HUF 20,000 for a small business account.

When is the referral considered successful?

You are both entitled to a credit of HUF 15,000 if the referred party

opens a retail account²participating in the sales event;
applies for a Mastercard® deposit card and activates it by the end of the 3^rd month following the date the account was opened;
applies for an mBanking mobile application service and activates it by the end of the 3^rd month following the date the account was opened.

You are both entitled to an additional credit of HUF 15,000 if the referred party

meets the above basic conditions;
receives amounts of at least HUF 500,000 per month in at least 3 of the 6 months following the date the account was opened.

Customers under 18 opening a Student Account Zero are not required to apply for and activate the UniCredit mBanking mobile application in order to participate in the sales event. Click here to view the guide for obtaining the credit.

Both of you are entitled to a HUF 20 000 credit, if you or your business as the referrer meets the conditions of participation, and the friend referred within the framework of our customer referral campaign:

Opens any Small Business account with our Bank, during the campaign period;

Applies for a Mastercard Business or Mastercard Business Gold debit card and activates it by the end of the 3rd month after account opening.³

Additional information on accounts and contractual conditions are available in the General Business Conditions, the applicable bank service agreements, notices, and the terms and conditions. UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of the sales event. A customer making a referral is entitled to no more than 10 credits as part of the sales event. The detailed description of the account agreement is available in the Bank’s General Business Conditions and the copy of the account agreement signed by the parties for the selected account.

The customer referral sales event is valid until withdrawn, but no later than 31 August 2025.

¹Up to the successful referral of a total of 10 customers, regardless of customer type. Other conditions apply to bank employees and agents. Please read the Notice applicable to the sales event.
