Global Securities Services (GSS) is one of the key areas for UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., as well as for the UniCredit Banking Group.
The subsidiaries of the UniCredit Banking Group currently offer securities services in 13 countries (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine).
Through the Vienna entity, a few additional CEE markets are also accessible.

As a market-leader service provider, we provide full range of global securities services consisting of the followings:
- settlement and clearing services for transactions concluded on the Budapest Stock Exchange and in the Hungarian OTC market, as well as at international exchanges;
- securities account keeping for domestic and foreign securities traded in more than 50 international markets;
- proxy voting services and representation at other corporate actions, events;
- collection of dividends and interests, administration of tax reclaims;
- calculation and checking of net asset value for domestic client groups on a daily/monthly basis, monitoring of statutory limits and the limits set up in individual investment policies;
- management of escrow transactions upon individual agreements.
