UniCredit Corporate Finance Advisory is one of the leading advisory businesses in Hungary, leveraging on the unique mix of UniCredit Group’s broad platform across Europe and strong local market knowledge and transaction experience. CFA Hungary is an integral part of UniCredit CFA CEE with a network of 10 offices across the CEE region and a track record of over 500 transactions. In a joint effort with sector specialists in Vienna and product specialist in London and Munich, we provide a full range of investment banking products and services including M&A advisory, ECM and DCM advisory and execution.

Debt Capital markets

As part of our DCM business, we provide access to local and international debt capital markets for sovereign and corporate issuers for issuing or buying back investment grade and high-yield debt instruments through public issuance and private placements.

Equity Capital markets

As part of our ECM business, we advise and assist corporate clients in executing IPOs and secondary public offerings, private placements, manage public take-over transactions. In addition we also provide sophisticated equity linked products including issuance and buyback of convertible and exchangeable bonds as well as advisory in special situations such as takeover defence.
