Welcome to UniCredit Bank Hungary's SpectraNet Internet Banking system.
The system allows you to manage your financial transactions quickly and easily through the Internet. Below you can read about the functions of the system and their use and you will also find information about how to manage your financial transactions with the maximum security.

Entering orders
You can enter orders in this menu point.
By clicking on the Orders button in the menu bar the types of orders will appear under the New Order menu point. Click on the desired type of order.
The form of the chosen order will appear. If you have already created an order pattern then the Pattern button at the bottom of the window can help.
By clicking on the button a table with the patterns will appear, from which you can download the appropriate one. After filling in the form click the OK button.
The order will be checked then. If the system finds any mistake regarding the form of the content of the order, a table containing the list of errors will appear above the form so that you can correct them.
If the data is correct the order will be recorded.
If there is no error regarding the form of the order the overview window containing the recorded order(s)will appear after clicking the OK button.
You can record more than one orders at a time and authorise and send them to the bank at the same time.
If you want to enter another order click the "New" button appearing at the bottom of the window.
A new order form will appear. After completing it you can return to the overview table (which will be completed with the new order entered.)
By clicking on the List of Orders menu point you can see the list of orders entered.
In the first column the symbol of a pen shows if the order has already been signed.
The lines next to the pen show how many signatures have been made on the given order. An order can have maximum four signatures. In the second column you can see the type of order.
The third column shows the account number to be debited the fourth shows the amount (if there is one).
The fifth column shows other information depending on the type of order (eg.: name of beneficiary, announcement or at deposits the type of deposit).
You can see the given order by clicking on the arrow in the last column.
Before using the buttons at the bottom of the window you will have to choose the order on which you want to perform the given operation. To do this please click the line of the appropriate file.
After choosing the order you can perform the given operation by clicking the appropriate button.
(In case you do not highlight any order and click OK, which can authenticate and send orders to the bank, the operation will be performed for all orders in the list.)
Checking orders
By clicking on the arrow appearing in the last column of the table you can check the given order.
If the order already has a signature, the list of signatories will appear as well.
Modifying Orders
The chosen order can be modified by clicking the Modify order File button.
Orders already signed cannot be modified; first signature(s) have to be deleted from the chosen order by clicking the Delete Signature(s) button.
After clicking the OK button the system will check the form and content of the order again. If an error has appeared the list of errors will appear and errors can be corrected.
Deleting Orders
Highlight the order you want to delete and answer yes to the confirming question.
Deleting an order is permanent, the order cannot be restored any more.
Signing and sending orders to the Bank
You can sign and send more than one order at the same time.
By clicking on the orders highlight the order(s) (if you do not highlight any of them signing and sending will concern all orders). After clicking the OK button you will have to enter ( according to the identification chosen in your contract) the number generated by the token or the password sent to you on your mobile phone by the Bank then you will have to click OK.
You may only exit this operation by clicking the OK or Cancel buttons. If not so you will not be able to perform any other operations regarding the orders unless you login to the system again. You should not click on any other link or menu point.
If the bank accepts the order a window confirming it will appear on the screen. If there are orders that the bank has not accepted (eg.: exceeding limit, incorrect signature password, need of other signatures) a window will appear containing the list of rejected orders and the reasons for the rejection. In this case the given order will remain in the list of orders.

In Case of SpectraNet internet banking and mobile banking Plus
In this menu point you can enter orders which will first be included in Order Files.
These files can contain - depending on the type of order - more than one orders. You can sign and send more than one order files at a time making it easier to manage a bigger number of orders.
Orders that have the same data in their header will belong to the same order file. Data of the header include planned sending date, qualification, account number debited and type of order.
Creating Order File - Entering New Order
By clicking on the Orders button in the menu bar the types of orders will appear under the New Order menu point on the left of the window. Click on the desired type of order.
The form of the chosen order will appear on the right of the window.
If you have already created an order pattern then the Pattern button can help.
By clicking on the button a table with the patterns will appear, from which you can download the appropriate one. After filling in the form click the OK button.
The order will be checked then. If the system finds any mistake regarding the form of the content of the order, a table containing the list of errors will appear above the form so that you can correct them.
If the data is correct the order will be recorded. A message will appear saying which order belongs to which order file.
If there is no appropriate file yet, it will be created on the basis of the header data of the order.
By clicking the button below the message a new form will appear where you can enter a new order.
List of Orders
After creating order files you can check, modify or delete them.
You can modify the planned sending date of the order file as well. The order file has to be signed before being sent to the Bank.
If you have an installed version of Spectra Client's Programme you can store the prepared orders on a "Common Area" so that you can access them by your installed software as well.
Order files have to be sent to the Bank. All these operations can be performed in the Prepared Orders menu point.
Choose the orders menu point on top of the window.
By clicking on the prepared orders button in the appearing submenu, a table will appear showing the list of prepared order files and the functions to manage the files will be available.
By clicking on the List of Orders menu point you can access the list of prepared order files.
In the first column the symbol of a pen shows if the order file has already been signed.
The lines next to the pen show how many signatures have been made on the given order file. One file can have maximum four signatures.
An "x" sign in the second column shows if the file is on "Common Area".
The third column shows the ID of the file, the fourth its type the fifth contains the number of orders. The sixth column shows the planned sending date and the last one shows the account number to be debited (if the type of order requires it).
Before using the buttons on the left side of the window you will have to choose the order file on which you want to perform the given operation.
To do this please click the line of the appropriate file. After choosing the order file you can perform the given operation by clicking the appropriate button. You can read about changing dates of file, signing and sending files by clicking on the links.
You can use the Signing file or Sending file functions without choosing a file previously.
Checking Order Files
You can check the order file by clicking the Show Order button.
If the file contains only one order, the order will appear immediately.
In case of order files containing more orders you can see the data of the order file and below the list of orders it contains.
Click the desired line of the list and details of the given item will appear. If the file is signed the list of signatories will appear as well.
Modifying Order File
In case of order files containing more orders the data of the file will appear and can be modified.
Below you can see the list of orders in a table. By clicking the desired order the table will disappear and the chosen order will appear instead.
By clicking the Delete item button the order will be deleted.
If the data in the header of the order is modified the order can be transferred to another file of if there is no file matching the data of the header a new file will be created and a message will be seen informing about it.
If the file contains only one order, the order will appear immediately and the data can be modified.
After clicking the OK button the system will check the form and content of the order again. If an error has appeared the list of errors will appear and errors can be corrected.
If no errors have been found one of the above mentioned messages or the list of orders will appear immediately. You may only exit this operation by clicking the OK or Cancel buttons.
Otherwise you will not be able to use the file unless you log out and in to the system again.
You should not click on any other link or menu point.
Deleting Order File
Deleting an order file means deleting all orders it contains.
Highlight the order you want to delete and answer yes to the confirming question.
Deleting an order file is permanent; the order file cannot be restored any more.
Signing Order Files
Prepared order files have to be signed before being sent to the Bank.
In the Prepared orders menu you can find the function to initiate signing of order files.
By clicking on the button a list of orders to be signed will appear in a table.
These order files cannot be modified by anyone else during this time.
By clicking on the Show Order button you can check the given order file in a separate window.
You can sign more than one order files at a time.
By clicking on the order files, highlight the order file to be signed, enter the information required and click OK.
If signing the files is unsuccessful (the Token code of the SMS password are incorrect), an error message will appear.
An order file signed cannot be modified and only a signed file can be sent to the Bank.
You may only exit this operation by clicking the OK or Cancel buttons.
If not so you will not be able to perform any other operations regarding the orders unless you login to the system again. You should not click on any other link or menu point.
Sending Order Files
In the Prepared orders menu you can find the Send Order File function.
If you click on this th list of order files to be sent will appear in a table. Here you can see the files that are already signed and can be sent to the Bank.
By clicking on the Show Order File button you can check the given order file in a separate window.
Highlight the files to be sent in in the table and click the OK button.
If all orders contained in the file have been accepted by the bank a message confirming this will appear and the file will be deleted from the list of prepared orders. (You can find further information on the sent order files under the menu point Order Files Sent.)
If the sent order file contains orders that are not accepted by the Bank a message will appear with the list of orders rejected and the reasons for it.
In this case the given order file will remain in the list of orders.
It is possible that the connection with the Bank will be terminated while sending in the file.
In this case the application will check the status of the order files in question at the next login.
If the order file has not been sent to the Bank it will appear in the list of Prepared Order Files. If sending in was successful you can find information on the file in the Order Files Sent menu point.
If it is unclear what has happened you will receive a message about it and about what to do.
Changing the Date of Order Files
You can modify the planned sending date of the prepared order files.
In the Prepared orders menu you can find the Change date function.
Highlight the desired file in the list of orders then click the function mentioned above.
Details of the chosen file will appear and the planned sending date can be modified.
In case of an incorrect or unreal date an error message will appear.
In case of a correct date the ID of the file and the planned sending date of all the orders contained in the file will change accordingly.
The date of entering the file will not change.
Sending Orders to Client's Program, Taking over Files from Client's Program
Clients who use both the installed version of Spectra Client's program and SpectraNet Internet Banking or Mobile Banking services can manage their orders from all applications.
A "Common Area" is used to do this. Orders in this area can be accessed by all programs.
If you want to place a file on to the Common Area, click the ''To Common Area'' button in the "Prepared orders" menu.
After doing this the line of the chosen file will become grey and an "x" will appear in the second column.
When placing the file on common area the signatures will remain on the file and it can be sent in to the Bank using any of the programmes - installed Spectra or SpectraNet.
If you choose an order file on common area the Takeover button will appear under the table. Clicking this button the order file will be placed in SpectraNet Internet Banking or Mobile Banking
All order files on common area have to be taken over to SpectraNet so that you can use them in SpectraNet Internet Banking or Mobile Banking system.
Exporting Order Files
In the SpectraNet Internet Banking system You can export a previously prepared order file.
After choosing the order file to be exported click the Export Order File button.
A small window will appear next to the menu point containing the export formats related to the given type of order. Export can be done after choosing the appropriate format.

The system will not delete the file after exporting it; if you do not need the exported file later you will have to delete it manually by clicking the Delete Order File button.
Importing Order Files
If you want to take over orders from an outside system you can import them only into the SpectraNet Internet Banking system.
To do this you will have to use the Import Order File function that you can find in the Prepared Orders menu.
First you will have to choose the order file to be imported.
Enter the path to the file as well as its name in the field of the file to be imported or choose it with the button next to it.
SpectraNet defines the format of the files based on their extension.
If the file you have chosen has an extension that is unknown for SpectraNet, a warning will appear.
When choosing a file with the appropriate extension the system will automatically define its format.
Import can be started by clicking on the OK button.
If importing the file has been successful, a message confirming it will appear.
If an error has occurred during the import a list of incorrect items will appear.
If there is a single incorrect item amongst the file to be imported the whole file will be rejected by the system.
SpectraNet Internet Banking can manage currently the following file formats and extensions.
Import formats:
- PAY HUF Transfer
- VIB VIBER HUF Transfer
- CCY Forex Transfer
- INK Direct Debit
The system will not delete the file after importing it; If you do not need it later you will have to delete it manually.
List of Orders and Order Statuses
Choose the List of Orders or Order Statuses buttons in the menu on the left side of the window.
The search period will have to be entered here in the appearing window.
You will have to enter here the data regarding the type of orders and the period you wish to see the status of.
Please make sure that you enter a period of maximum 60 days. In case of an incorrect opening or closing date as well as unreal period of time an error warning will appear.
After a correct period is entered the list of orders of a given type sent in a given period of time will appear.
The data of the files will appear in the list.
There are types of orders for which the status cannot be requested.
These type of files can only be checked by clicking the View button below the data of the file.
The list of orders in the file will appear in a table; another table below will show the names of signatories their points and the date of the signature.
If you highlight an order file of which status can be requested - depending on its Type - the Bank Status Enquiry button will appear at the bottom of the window.
By clicking on this button the list of orders contained in the file will appear and another table will show the list of signatories.
By clicking on the desired order in the table you can check the order and its bank status.
Managing Patterns
An order contains relatively lot of data, at the same time some operations have to be performed regularly with the same (or at least similar) data.
Patterns help to create orders quickly. As for its form, a pattern is a partly completed order.
Patterns prepared earlier can be used when entering orders and only the empty fields have to be completed here.
Click on the Patterns menu point where you can manage patterns.
By clicking on the list of Patterns you can choose the type of order in the list. The patterns of given types saved earlier will appear.
Managing patterns is similar to managing orders. Every line of the list is a pattern and you can perform the appropriate operations with the buttons under the list.
You can view, modify and delete patterns with the View, Modify and Delete buttons.
Before performing an operation choose the appropriate pattern in the list and click on the line of the pattern.
Patterns belonging to the same type of order can be exported or imported too.
You do not have to choose the pattern from the list before exporting it.
You can export all patterns at the same time. You can read further information on exporting here.
The exported list of patterns can be imported in the installed version of Spectra Client's Programme (if you have one).
Patterns can be imported from outside files: the system can export a list of patterns from the installed version of Spectra Client's Programme.
You will have to use the Import Patterns function to do this.
First you will have to choose the order file to be imported.

SpectraNet can manage the following file formats and extensions.
Import formats:
- HUF HUF Transfer
- CCY Forex Transfer
- CAT Direct Credit
- PKF Postal payment order
You can export different data from SpectraNet; this means you can download data to your computer.
After you click the Export button a window with a choice of formats will appear.
The export format defines in which format the data will be exported to the User's computer.
The window appearing will show all export formats available in the given location and on the right of the file an icon will appear, which - if you click on it - will show further information on the format.
To export a file first click on the name of the file with the right mouse button then click the Save Target As menu point. The desired data will be exported, then a window will appear in which you can enter under what name you would like to save the file on your computer.
It is important to know that your banking data will be available on your computer due to exporting.
Please use the function with precaution, even more if you are not using your own computer, because the data could be accessed by unauthorised persons.
General Information
You can print various data in SpectraNet, which in all cases should be initiated by clicking the Print button.
After you click the Print button a window with a choice of formats will appear.
The printing format defines in which format the data will be sent to the User's printer.
All formats available will appear in the window.
After clicking the name of the format a print preview will appear in a new window then the print window used by your browser, in which you can choose the printer to be used and you can start printing.
