Periods and affected services

On 5th April 2025, from 2:00 a.m. to 5th April 5:00 a.m., the following services will not be available due to maintenance work and technical development of our systems:

  • UniCredit mBanking mobile application ([UniCredit mBanking] and mToken),
  • UniCredit mBanking Business mobile application,
  • UniCredit eBanking internet banking services,
  • UniCredit corporate internet banking services (Spectra, Spectra Net and Spectra Light).

*  Service outages of no more than four hours due to planned development and maintenance are considered downtimes, in accordance with Article 286 of Act No. 2013 on Credit Institutions and Financial Undertakings (CCXXXVII of 2013).

On 11th April 2025, from 7:30 p.m. to 12th April 6:00 a.m., the following services will not be available due to maintenance work and technical development of our systems:

  • Client authentication based phone banking services.

*  Service outages of no more than four hours due to planned development and maintenance are considered downtimes, in accordance with Article 286 of Act No. 2013 on Credit Institutions and Financial Undertakings (CCXXXVII of 2013).

On 12th April 2025, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., the following services will not be available due to maintenance work and technical development of our systems:

  • Open API for account and payment services for TPPs,
  • Third Party authorization management.

*  Service outages of no more than four hours due to planned development and maintenance are considered downtimes, in accordance with Article 286 of Act No. 2013 on Credit Institutions and Financial Undertakings (CCXXXVII of 2013).
