If the Account Holder or User has chosen SMS identification, the initial password needed to enter the Bank's SpectraNet Internet Banking system for the first time will be sent to the User in a text message to the mobile phone number given by the User upon signing the contracts.
The User will be obliged to change the log-in password immediately after the first log-in to the system, and later if he learns, or suspects, that an unauthorized third person has learned the password.
The log-in password may be a series of characters consisting of at least 4 and maximum 12 characters containing letters without accents and/or numbers, which the User may determine freely.
The system will not make a distinction between small and capital letters.
For even more secure use, it is recommenced to change the log-on password at least every 30 days.
The password sent by the Bank in a text message for the authentication of orders for a single use will be valid for 5 minutes.
If the User authenticates an order with the one off password sent in a text message after this time limit expires, the Bank will reject authentication.
The Bank will only send text messages to mobile phone numbers belonging to networks of domestic GSM service providers.
